The front desk staff was great, providing assistance.
The carpet was excessively old and dirty. The absence of an electric outlet near the bed proved inconvenient as the available one was loose. the shower door was tricky to open.

The staff were very helpful. The location was perfect. It was close to many bars and restaurants. I found a sightseeing bus stop just a three minute walk away. I also discovered a car park only a seven minute walk away.
The room was small and rather poorly furnished. I found an old carpet. There were no electricity sockets near the bed. I noticed the price was too high for this level of stay.

The location was central, I will give them that.
My room lacked sound proofing and I heard everything. People were not very respectful and thought they were alone in the hotel. This made sleeping difficult.

The front desk staff were friendly and efficient , assisting me with all my needs. The breakfast offered a good selection of fresh items. My room included complimentary toiletries. I found the location to be superb , close to many shops and restaurants.
The lift did not reach all floors , which required using stairs at times.

The reception staff offered prompt assistance and were available 24 hours , ensuring any concerns were addressed quickly and efficiently. They provided helpful directions and local recommendations. I found their service really good.
